It's been about three weeks since I posted last on this blog. I have also pretty much been stuck in the same three pound loop for the last three weeks as well. Could there be a correlation? Hmmmmm.
Counting calories is beginning to wear on me. I don't enjoy typing in the recipes to find out the calories, and I am not always sure of the exact serving size for some things. I am still keeping a food journal, and trying to keep track of the calories, it's just getting old. Still, I know that if I stop, I'll go right back to my old habits.
My latest goal is to exercise every weekday. D and I are doing the 30 day shred together every day. I started working on the 30 day shred last week, and he started in with me on Monday. So far we are keeping at it, even though we sometimes don't feel like exercising.
How are all of you doing with your goals?

Yes, it's been very quiet around here!
Hey! my computer was down. But I'm back now. I too was stuck, kept bouncing back and forth between the same three or four pounds for about a month. Soooo frustrating and unmotivating. But it's finally started coming off again. I'm not sure that I necessarily did anything different, in fact, I know a couple of days... or maybe a few days, I did really bad with my eating. But the good thing is that I'm sticking with it and moving past that speed bump. So, maybe it takes me two years instead of one. One of my new goals in addition to being conscious of the calories I consume and exercising, I want to work on only weighing myself once a week. I think it gets discouraging for me to see the fluctuations up and down that are normal day to day, but then I think I sabotage myself. So, I'm only weighing once a week now.
